Simplify City Operations and Services
- A City that is easier to access creates more choices for residential services, and creates opportunities to find more efficient service delivery at lower costs. We will:

• Analyze metrics and measurement – evaluating and
improving the services and operations of the City
- • Expand Open Government initiatives and continue to
upgrade access to raw data and information
- • Ask the Urban Development Institute to report to Council
twice each year to share their insights
- • Host quarterly town hall sessions for residents, youth,
organized labour and business
- • Simplify, deconstruct the public hearing process
- • Host public-hearing-only council meetings
- • Offer child care during city hall public hearings
